Pre-booking classes will now be optional for students. If you do prefer to have a socially distanced spot for class we highly recommend getting to class early enough to get a socially distanced space in the room.
social_distance Social Distancing Between Mats
The studio practice space has 4 rows for mats. The front 2 rows are NON-socially distanced for those who have been vaccinated and do not mind being a bit closer together. The back 2 rows are still set up with blue tape marks to denote the socially distanced spaces available.

Face masks are optional for those who have been vaccinated.

Our disinfectant sprays are both anti-viral and anti-bacterial. We will continue to be thorough in cleaning our studio, floors, lobby, door handles, and bathrooms.
