A gentler pace with longer holds. Perfect for building awareness, deepening alignment, and recovering between power classes.
Yin & Meditation
Deep stretches held for extended periods combined with guided meditation and breathwork. Heal the nervous system, release tension, and quiet the mind.
Beginner
New to yoga? Start here. Learn foundational poses, proper alignment, and breathing in a supportive, non-heated environment. No experience needed.
